If you’re experiencing delays in receiving transaction reports sent to your Yahoo or Hotmail email address, we understand how frustrating this can be. This guide will explain why this issue might occur and what you can do to resolve it.

Why Aren’t My Transaction Reports Arriving?

Sometimes, sending emails to Yahoo or Hotmail addresses can take longer than expected. These delays are usually temporary and often resolve themselves within 72 hours. The delay could be due to various factors, such as server traffic or the email provider's filtering process.

What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Report?

  1. Wait for 72 Hours: In most cases, the email will eventually arrive within 72 hours. We recommend checking your inbox and spam/junk folders periodically during this time.

  2. Download the Report Directly: If you need the report sooner, we recommend downloading the report as a CSV or PDF file directly from your account. This can be done immediately without waiting for the email to arrive.

  3. Contact Our Support Team: If you’re having trouble downloading the report or if the email doesn't arrive within 72 hours, please reach out to our support team. With your permission, we can access the report and send it to you directly.

How to Download Your Report

  1. Log in to Your Account: Go to the Tracks dashboard where your reports are generated.

  2. Select the Report: Choose the transaction report you need.

  3. Download as CSV or PDF: Click on the download option to save the report to your device.
