You can add transactions to a linked bank account in FarmRaise. Just know this upfront. Adding a transaction does not change your account balance. That balance is pulled directly from your bank, not from what you enter here. No magic. No funny business.
Step 1. Open Quick Add
From anywhere in FarmRaise, select Quick Add.
Step 2. Add the Transaction
Fill in the following fields:
Vendor name
Amount
Date
Account
Choose the linked bank account you want this transaction to appear in.Category
Product (optional)
Check number (optional)
Notes or receipt (optional but smart)
Step 3. Save
Select Add Transaction.
That’s it. The transaction will now show in the linked account for tracking and reporting purposes, even though the bank balance stays exactly the same.
If that feels odd, you’re not wrong. Linked accounts are for visibility and organization, not balance control.
