To fix this issue: The problem is most likely that your browser needs an update.
To get directions to update, please click on your browser below to reveal the instructions.
Safari

Go to Apple menu > System Settings.
Click General > Software Update.
If any updates are available, click Update Now to install them.
Your Mac will now update and may restart several times. ...
If you want to keep Safari up to date, turn on the “Automatic updates” option in Software Update.
Chrome
Chrome
Open Chrome on your computer.
Click on the three dots at the top right corner (More).
Look for messages like "Relaunch to update," "Finish update," or "New Chrome available."
If you see these messages, follow these steps to update:
Click on More.
Select Help, then click About Google Chrome.
Click Update Google Chrome.
If you can't find the update button, you're already up to date.
After updating, click Relaunch to restart Chrome.
Your tabs and windows will reopen automatically, except for Incognito windows.
If you don't want to restart immediately, click "Not now." The update will be applied next time you restart Chrome.
Microsoft Edge

Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help).
Check if Microsoft Edge is up to date:
If it's up to date, no action is needed.
If an update is available, select Download and install to proceed. Note: downloading updates on a cellular network may incur charges.
If prompted to restart, select Restart to apply the update.
Always Stay Up to Date
Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings and more > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help).
Toggle on "Download and install updates automatically."
If available, also toggle on "Download updates over metered connections." Note: this may incur charges on cellular networks.

Firefox updates automatically by default.
Updates are checked for and downloaded automatically if available.
Manual Update Check
To manually check for updates:
Open the Firefox menu in the menu bar.
Select "About Firefox." This opens the About Firefox window.
Firefox will automatically check for updates. If one is available, it will begin downloading.
Restart to Update
Once the download is complete, you'll see an option to restart Firefox to apply the update.
Click "Restart" to update Firefox to the latest version.

To fix this issue:
The problem is most likely that you have an ad blocker on. You will need to turn off your ad blocker.
If you are using Firefox:
Click the menu icon (3 vertical dots) and choose Options or Settings
Select Privacy and Security then scroll down to Permissions
Scroll to Block Pop-Ups Windows then uncheck to disable
