If you need to delete an expense or revenue you've created in FarmRaise Tracks, follow these simple steps:
Steps to Delete a Transaction
Open the Transactions Page
Click on any transaction to view the expense details page. You can do this from any tab, but for this example, we’ll select an expense from the Expenses tab.
Navigate to the Bottom of the Expense Details Page
Scroll to the bottom of the transaction details page.
Select 'Delete Expense'
Click the Delete Expense button to remove the transaction from your records.
Linked Transactions: Why Can’t I Delete an Expense?
If you are having trouble deleting an expense that was pulled from a linked bank account, it may be because the transaction has not been posted yet. Bank transactions typically take 24-72 hours to fully process.
Wait 24-72 hours for the transaction to post.
If, after 72 hours, you still do not have the option to delete the transaction, please contact our support team at [email protected].
