How to Generate a Custom Report

Generate reports of your expenses over time by 'Category' and 'Product' and how to download and print reports

To view a summary of your expenses over time, explore 'Reports'!

  1. Navigate to the 'Menu' tab at the bottom of the app and then click 'View Reports'.

  2. Here, you'll be able to choose to view your expenses by selecting either

    1. (a) a 'Category' broken down by 'Product' or

    2. (b) a 'Product' broken down by 'Category'.

  3. You can view these breakdowns over a custom time period.

    1. This way you can visualize your spending over the quarter, crop year, or the entire time you've been tracking farm expenses with FarmRaise Tracks!

    2. Choose a time period that works best for your farm.

  4. You can then choose If you want to include all of your bank accounts and credit card accounts or only some of them.

  5. Then you will move on to choosing Revenue categories. You can choose to see both Schedule F and personal Revenue categories or only one of them.

  6. You will then repeat for Expense Categories.

  7. You can then choose if you want to break it down by product as well.

  8. You can download or email these as a PDF or CSV.
