Need your bookkeeper, spouse, farm manager, or business partner to see the numbers? You can give them access in just a few steps. Here’s how it works.
Step 1: Log in to FarmRaise Tracks
Log in to your FarmRaise Tracks account.
Open the main menu:
Web browser: Menu is on the left-hand side.
Mobile app: Menu is on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Go to Shared Users
Scroll down in the menu.
Click or tap Shared Users.
In the top right corner, click or tap Add.
Step 3: Enter Their Information
You will need to enter:
First name
Last name
Email address
Make sure the email address is correct. This is where they will receive their invitation.
After entering their information, confirm to send the invite.
Step 4: What They Need to Do
The person you invited will receive an email.
They will need to:
Open the email.
Click Activate Account.
From there:
If they already have a FarmRaise account:
Click Join.
Log in with their existing email and password.
If they do not have a FarmRaise account:
Create a new account using the same email address you used to invite.
Set up a password.
Once they complete this step, they will have access to your account.
How to Confirm They’re Added
After they activate their account:
Go back to Shared Users.
You will see their name listed as an Editor on the account.
That means they’re officially in.
How to Remove or Revoke Access
You can remove someone at any time.
Go to Shared Users.
Click or tap on their name.
Select the option to revoke or remove access.
Access will be removed immediately.
A Few Quick Reminders
Double-check the email address before sending the invite.
They must use the exact same email address that they received the invitation.
You stay in control. You can add or remove shared users anytime.
If you are inviting your other FarmRaise account, you will then get an option to switch between farms. You will have an option in the profile section between "Business Information" and "Shared Users."
If you want to access both farms from both accounts, you will have to share from both sides!
