Yes! You can absolutely invoice for less than a unit in FarmRaise Tracks. This is helpful if you sell products or services by partial amounts, such as half a ton of hay, 1.25 gallons of milk, or 0.75 hours of labor.

How to Enter Less Than a Unit

If you are having trouble, the most common issue is how the number is typed in.

  • Always include a zero and a decimal point in front of the amount.

    • Example: 0.5 will work

    • Example: .5 will not work

  • Make sure there are no spaces before or after the number. Extra spaces can cause errors.

By entering the number carefully, you can invoice smoothly for fractions of a unit without any issues.
