If you’ve recently added new transactions to your FarmRaise Tracks and want to make sure your Schedule F reflects those updates, here’s exactly how to do it.

Steps to Update Your Schedule F

  1. Go to the Schedule F generator

    • Open your FarmRaise dashboard and navigate to “Generate your Schedule F”.

  2. Click on “Schedule F 2024”

    • This will open the most recent version of your tax document.

  3. Press the “Edit” button

    • Look in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

    • Clicking “Edit” doesn’t require you to change anything manually, but it tells the system to reprocess your data.

  4. Review the Questionnaire (Optional)

    • In 2024, FarmRaise now auto-calculates several answers in the Schedule F questionnaire.

    • You may still want to walk through it with your accountant to confirm accuracy.

  5. Press “Save”

    • This will prompt the system to regenerate the Schedule F with your newly added transactions.

  6. Check the top of the page

    • Look for the updated timestamp to confirm your Schedule F has been refreshed.

  7. Download your updated Schedule F

    • Once saved, you’ll be able to download the new version with your latest information included.

Additional Notes

  • If you’re not seeing changes reflected after these steps:

    • Double-check that the transactions are dated correctly and fall within the correct year.

    • Open your Schedule F and look at the last column to confirm that transactions landed in the correct category.
