Keeping your bank connection up to date in FarmRaise Tracks ensures your financial data remains accurate and synced. Follow these simple steps to refresh or update your linked bank account:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Menu
Log into your FarmRaise Tracks account.
Tap the Menu icon. You won't have to click the menu on the web browser app as the menu bar is always showing on the left-hand side of the screen. On the mobile app, it will be in the bottom right-hand corner.
Navigate to "Accounts"
From the menu options, select Accounts to view all your linked bank accounts.
Select the Account You Want to Update
Click on the specific bank account you wish to update.
Click "Edit"
In the top right-hand corner of the account details screen, tap the Edit button.
Click "Update Connection"
You’ll see an option labeled Update connection. Click it.
Wait for the Connection to Reload
FarmRaise Tracks will attempt to reconnect with your bank. This may take a few moments.
Re-enter Login Credentials if Prompted
If your banking institution requires re-authentication, you’ll be asked to log in again to refresh your credentials.
