Step 1: Go to the Transactions Page
You can start from either of these places:
Click on the Transactions tab, then press Search,
ORClick on Transactions to Review, then press Search.
Step 2: Apply Filters
To find the transactions you want to delete:
Make sure you are viewing the correct date range.
Use the search bar to look up a store name or keyword (e.g., “Tractor Supply”).
Check your spelling and apply the filter.
Double-check that the list shows only the transactions you want to delete.
Step 3: Select Transactions
Click the Edit Multiple button.
Now you have two options:
Use the Select All checkbox at the top to grab every transaction in the list,
OR manually select individual transactions using their checkboxes.
Step 4: Delete Selected Transactions
Once your transactions are selected, click the button that says Edit X Line Items (X is the number of selected transactions).
A confirmation box will appear with two options:
Cancel – if you want to back out.
Yes, I'm Sure – to proceed with the deletion.
After confirming, the system will show how many transactions were deleted and bring you back to the search screen.
