At FarmRaise, we know tracking your farm’s mileage can save you a lot of time and money at tax season. Right now, however, FarmRaise Tracks does not support bulk importing mileage from other apps like MileageIQ or other automatic mileage trackers.

But don’t worry — we have some helpful tips for how you can still keep your mileage organized!

Can I Automatically Track or Import My Mileage into Tracks?

Not yet, but we’re working hard to improve our app every day.

If you would like to:

  • Automatically track your mileage through FarmRaise Tracks

  • Bulk import mileage from another app

Please let us know!

Your feedback helps our team decide what features to build next. The more requests we receive for a feature, the higher it moves up on our priority list!

What to Do in the Meantime

While full importing isn’t available yet, you can still quickly add your mileage without having to log each trip one by one.

Here’s a simple approach:

  1. Add up your total mileage over a time period from your spreadsheet from your mileage tracking app (monthly, quarterly, or yearly — whatever works best for you).

  2. Create a few larger mileage entries instead of dozens or hundreds of individual ones.

For example:

  • January–March 2025: 750 farm business miles

  • April–June 2025: 820 farm business miles

  • July–September 2025: 675 farm business miles

  • October–December 2025: 700 farm business miles

This way, you only need to make four mileage entries instead of hundreds! However, we recommend that in case of an IRS audit, you keep your mileage spreadsheet from your mileage tracking app on record with the individual trips.

Thank You for Your Patience

We’re incredibly grateful to have you as part of the FarmRaise community.

Thank you for your patience and your feedback as we continue to build new features to make your farm finance life easier.

Stay tuned for updates — we’re always working to make FarmRaise Tracks better for you!
