Currently, you cannot delete an invoice in FarmRaise Tracks. We understand this functionality is important for many farm businesses, and our team is actively working on making it available in the future. In the meantime, here’s what you can do to manage invoices that you no longer need:
What You Can Do Instead
1. Change the Status of an Invoice
If you created an invoice by mistake or no longer need it, you can change its status to help keep your records clean and organized.
Mark as Canceled: Use this option for invoices that should no longer be considered active. This ensures that the invoice won’t impact your financial reports but still allows you to retain the record for transparency and audit purposes.
2. Edit an Unsaved Invoice
If your invoice has not yet been sent, you can still make changes to it. This allows you to fix errors, update details, or repurpose the invoice for another transaction.
To edit an invoice:
Navigate to the Invoices section in your Tracks dashboard.
Click on the invoice you want to edit.
Make the necessary changes.
Save the updated version (or leave it unsent if you’re not ready to issue it).
