    • This key is usually found at the top right corner of your keyboard, often labeled as PrtScn, PrtSc, or something similar.

  2. Take a Full-Screen Screenshot

    • Press the PrtScn key. This captures the entire screen and copies it to the clipboard.

    • Open an image editor (such as Paint) or a document editor.

    • Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.

  3. Save the Screenshot

    • If you used an image editor, save the file by selecting File > Save As, choose the desired file format (e.g., PNG, JPEG), and save the file to your preferred location.

Method 2: Using the Windows + PrtScn Key Combination

  1. Press Windows + PrtScn Keys

    • Press the Windows key and the PrtScn key simultaneously.

  4. Save the Screenshot

    • The captured snip will appear in the Snipping Tool window.

    • Click the Save icon, choose the file format and location, and save the file.
