Just like your entry for the prize-winning watermelon at the State Fair, things may fall short and we are here to make it right.

Our promise: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if you aren't - you've got our promise that will do everything in our power to make it right.

If you are unsatisfied or our product does not match your needs, we want (and encourage) you to reach out to us via the little green icon in the bottom right of your screen so we can assist you further. We want to make sure we make it right for you.

Premium Subscription Payment Refunds:

  • A member may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Annual memberships canceled before the membership term ends will be issued a pro-rated refund for the balance of their membership that went unused. For example, if you purchase an annual membership and decide to cancel after 6 months, you would receive 6-months worth of your payment as a pro-rated refund for the unused months.

  • Monthly memberships canceled before the membership month ends are not eligible for a refund and you will have access to your subscription services until the month ends.
