When am I charged for my Premium membership?

When you sign up for Premium, we ask for your preferred payment method and keep that on file. You can set up "auto-payments" that allow you to automatically renew your subscription during the next billing cycle.

Your membership will start the day you sign up, with each new billing cycle starting one month after your original sign up date. If you sign up on the 15th of the month, you'll be charged again on the 15th of the following month.

When you sign up, you'll receive two emails. First, a receipt is sent to you from our payment service, Stripe. Then, you'll receive an email confirmation from our team at FarmRaise with next steps and information on how to make the most of your membership.

How does FarmRaise process my payments?

FarmRaise utilizes a secure service called Stripe to process and collect payments.
