Once you've selected your Farm or Ranch, you'll land on your FarmRaise program dashboard. This is where you'll complete eligibility and enrollment steps before moving forward with your application.

Note: Your dashboard may look different from others depending on how your program is set up. However, the basic navigation works the same way across all programs.

Checking Your Eligibility

Some programs will ask you to answer a short set of survey questions to confirm you are eligible before enrolling.

  1. From your dashboard, find the Eligibility or Enrollment section

  2. Click Start on the far right

  3. Answer the survey questions to determine your eligibility

Submitting Eligibility Documents

Other programs may ask you to upload documents instead of answering survey questions. Common documents might include:

  • Subsidiary print

  • Form AD-1026

  • Farm maps

To upload your eligibility documents:

  1. Find the eligibility form on your dashboard and click Start

  2. Click Document Upload

  3. Upload each of the required documents listed

  4. Click Submit when finished

Once submitted, the form status will update to Submitted.

Updating a Submission

Made a mistake or need to add something? No problem. You can update a submitted form at any time.

  1. Find your submitted form on the dashboard

  2. If it is a submission type that allows updates, you’ll see Update Submission

  3. Click Update Submission

  4. From here you can:

    • Add additional documents or information

    • Swap out incorrect information or files for the right one

    • Remove a duplicate or incorrectly uploaded file

Tip: Each upload section can hold multiple files, so you don't need to combine documents into one before uploading.
