When you first create your FarmRaise account, a default Farm or Ranch is automatically created for you based on the name you entered during sign-up.
You likely don't need to create a new Farm or Ranch. Here's a quick guide to help you decide:
Keep your default Farm or Ranch if:
You are applying to one or more programs AND
Your application will include multiple farms or fields AND
All of your farms operate under the same name or entity
Create an additional Farm or Ranch only if:
You have an LLC or separate legal entity that is distinct from your original application
You plan to sign a separate contract for a specific set of farms and fields
Think of it this way: each Farm or Ranch in FarmRaise represents a separate contract. If everything you're applying for falls under one agreement, one Farm or Ranch is all you need.
To access your Farm or Ranch:
Log in to your FarmRaise account at http://app.farmraise.com/partners/[partnerName]
Select your Farm or Ranch from the dashboard
You'll be taken to your program dashboard, where you can begin your application
