Managing payroll documents is a key task, especially when tax season comes around. At FarmRaise, we know farmers and ranchers have enough on their plates, so we’ve made it easy to access and organize your documents in our Payroll system.
Follow the steps below to find all your important forms and documents:
Navigate to Payroll: Once you’re in the Payroll section of FarmRaise, you’ll see a menu on the left-hand side.
Find the "Documents" Tab: Click on the “Documents” tab. This is where you’ll find essential forms like:
Federal Form 8655: Used for reporting.
Bank Account Debit Authorization: The form you filled out during onboarding.
View or Download Documents: If you need to review or download these documents, just click on them. This will come in handy during tax time when you need access to all your payroll records.
Upload New Documents:
In the top right-hand corner, you’ll see the option to upload new documents.
When uploading, you can:
Add a title to your document.
Drag and drop the file from your desktop or choose the file manually.
Select whether the document is for the entire company or for a specific employee.
Organize and Search: As you accumulate more documents, it might get harder to find what you need. No worries! You can:
Use the search bar to locate specific documents.
Apply filters to sort through company or employee documents.
