What You’ll Need:
Date of birth
Social Security number
Home address
Filing status (e.g., Single, Married, Head of Household)
Withholding amount or dependents (if any)
Bank account number and routing number (for direct deposit)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Look for the Email
Check your inbox for an email from
[email protected]
.Important: The link in the email will expire in 7 days.
You can complete the setup on a mobile device.
Click the Link
Click the link in the email to start setting up your payroll information.
Once you click the link, press "Get Started".
Personal Information
Optional: Enter your middle name.
Required: Enter your date of birth. You can type it in or select it from the calendar.
Enter your Social Security Number (SSN).
Address Information
Enter your street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Double-check that your address is correct! This ensures that your tax documents are sent to the right location.
Tax Filing Information
Choose your filing status (Single, Married, or Head of Household).
If you have dependents, enter that information. If not, you must enter zero—don't leave it blank.
Enter your state tax information, which may vary by state.
Again, if you have no additional income or withholdings, type zero.
Bank Information (Optional)
Choose how you want to be paid:
Direct deposit (requires your bank account and routing number)
Paper check
(Talk to your employer if you're unsure which option to choose.)
Direct deposit: Enter your bank account number and routing number to ensure your paycheck is deposited correctly.
Submit
After entering all the information, submit your payroll setup form.
You will see a confirmation page once your details are successfully submitted.
